Pain like pins and needles in Penis
Sir, I had unsafe sexual intercourse on Feb26 2018. Had no signs and symptoms for a month. But on March30, gradual pain in my penis started. On April2,pain like pinning in head was experienced. No burning no itching, only pain like pins and needles in penile tract and nerves around testes. Pain remained in corpus spongiosum. Today on April11,after 5 days gap, pins and needles and pain started again. What could be the reason? Is it a sign of some STI? Kindly answer me asap. Thank you.
