Pain itching burning in pennies shaft.

First time I experienced mild pain in pennies 6 months back and problems in intercourses and fulling at left side of abdomen. From Feb 2020 started experiencing mild pain and itching. In March it has increased. Now there is a sharp pain in middle of penile shaft and throbbing. Every alternative days, it increases extending pain to entire pennies shaft, back, lower abdomen.  I am experiencing painful urination.  I have consulted a urosurgeon . He prescribed yeast infection tab forcan 150mg, some F ointment. Later oflox 200. Nothing is working. In Jan and fab 2020, I have been diagnosed with gastrointestinal treatments for abdominal pain. Endoscopy results shows Erythematous mucosa with erosion seen in fundus and body of stomach. Dil- erosion seen.
