  4. Pain in Vaginal Area. In my clitoris.

Pain in Vaginal Area
I have a cut in between my vagina and anus that came from sex, this is painful to the touch. Hurts to urniate and wipe. I have yellow discharge and believe to have a yeast infection. I am also having neddle like pain in my clitoris.
