Pain in urine tube

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I feel some pain in urine tube when i go for pee and also sperm comes out and whole time like that ant bite. Also feel the urethra is not normal size its enlarged do the urine test its normal. Urine flow:- when it is in tube feeling pain and someone try to block it but when it is comes out feeling normal. Taking alkasol syrup thre times per day. What i do sir it is still 20 days
