Pain in tummy
I am having unbearable pain in my stomach & also believe i may be pregnent as well- not sure, test yet to perform... can i take 1 meftal spas tablet to suppress the pain?? will it have any side effect if i sm pregnent??

First u do the urine pregnancy test ,u didn't mention the location of th e pain ..Which is very imp.if b-hcg positive..There 2 reasons 1.epigastric and ,2. illiac region.. mostly.Because of high pregnancy hormone .Can be relived with simple medication like hyoscimax/mefthal and antacids.if ir is not subsiding then u have to go for USG for location of the pregnancy.. Ectopic pregnancy to be rule out.if pregnancy test negative u can take symptomatic treatment with meftla spas/other pain relive medication
