Her front two teeth have decayed as she is still taking bottle and breast feed. Also she has been complaining of pain in that area after she fell down once recently.

Reason of pain could be caries extending into the nerve of the tooth. Please visit a dentist to confirm that with an x-ray and fir the time being you can give him painkillers. Thank you
