Feeling pain in tooth whenever eating anything. Recently small part of tooth has broken and came out.
What should I do? Is this curable by oral medicine or necessary to go for any masala filling procedure.

Painkillers would bring the pain down but won't cure your problem, I would suggest visit a dentist to get a x-ray to understand the extent of your fracture and then proceed with the plan.
It will be either RCT or extraction depends upon the extent of your fracture.
