Pain in throat

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have dust allergy and I was prescribed to use Metaspray. For four days I didn't buy new Metaspray after the older one got empty, and didn't take any medication. Then I got cold & fever two days ago, now it is settling. My Metaspray has also started. However I am having dry cough and severe pain in throat now due to constant coughing. What to do now?
