Pain in thighs, joints, jaws and back.
My son, aged 12 is having severe pain in his thighs especially right thigh, both wrists, arms , jaws and back which occurred suddenly last night around 9.30 pm. Gave paracetamol 500 mg but no relief. Pain still exists at 4 am.

If he is also having fever, it's viral illness needs to be investigated accordingly. If not, improve water intake, meet doctor to take other higher pain killer for time being.
