Pain in the entire right hand starting from the shoulder till finger. Facing difficulty in doing basic day-to-day chores. Problem in lifting things like books, utensils, cutting and chopping vegetables.

You seem to be having nerve related problem, where your nerves for right arm and hand are getting compressed and you are feeling heaviness and pain. Please get yourself assessedby any qualified physiotherapist and take treatment for the same . If done in early stages, this is completely curable. Had it been a joint issue pain would have been more localised and other joints might have been involved too.
