Hi, i am having a problem in the middle of the chest rib muscle... when i stretch my chest or arms its paining. i has been since 4 months

Kindly go for chest x-ray...do u have any history of trauma.if x-ray Normal I would prefer you to go for 2d echo...if that too normal then muscle relaxant will releive u promptly.. thanks
