Pain in the lower abdomen pelvic portion

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have been having this problem of irritation in the vaginal area.and over times there appeared skin irruption or vulval thickening.doctors prescribed canitral tablet to be consumed on first day of period.its been 4 months I have been taking that medicine along with sitz bath with soludine10%. Since the past two days I have been having pain in my lower portion.pliz help
