Hello. I am 75 grandmother and I have Rheumatism. Because of my pain in my knees I cannot walk anymore as before. I cannot move my legs. I can only walk 50 meters and then I get tired and I need to rest. Is there a cure for it? Diet...exercises, therapy or something?
