Pain in testicles when scrotum relaxed
My testicles pain when the scrotum is relaxed. Is this because of some injury? How can it be cured? Should I consult a general physician or a urologist?

It could be Orchitis. Take tablet Azithromycin-500 twice daily for 5 days after the breakfast and dinner. Wear a tight under wear. If no relief consult Urologist.
