Pain in testicles. Lower then right!

I had gone for a surgery for circumcision on may 12 2018 , it was successful but as i was in the recovery phase i was not able to wear underwear for proper healing of penis and from that time its been a month that i have noticed a few change in appearance of my testicles 1. my left testicle is hanging a bit lower than the right one and in relation to this i visited a urologist he checked my genitals and said everything is normal and i came back home but after few days 2. when i touch my right testicle i sometimes feel pain although the pain is not too severe but it is a continous pain since last 10 days and yestreday the pain was alot there is no pain during sleep and the pain generally starts diring the day and goes till i sleeep upper part of right testicle and the whole testicle pains and somtymes the left testicle also pain and since my birth there was no diffrnc of lower hanging or upper hanging of left testicl but aftr my surgry its largly lower then right
