Pain in Testicle and Lower Abdomen

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Sometime when there is dealy in eating food or due to some other reason in my stomach Gas starts developing. Due to this i feel Unbearable pain in Lower Abdomen and Testicles and feel heaviness in both the Testicles. And sometimes i feel lump above my left testicles but it goes away after masturbation. USG of scotrum already done but there is no abnormalities found in this. Please advise what to do as the pain is Unbearable and goes away slowly after taking pills of Acidity.
