Pain in testicle and erectile dysfunctio

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have pain in testicles from last 2 months. Pain is irregular and continues. Sometimes feel pain in left testicle and sometime in right. Now the time I having pain in right testis and right side of stomach also. There is No problem in urine. Secondly I have noticed sudden looseness in my penis. There is no Erection. Before this I didn't have ercetion problem. Pls suggest what will be the problem.
