Pain in testicals

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am 23yre old got some pain in right testical and then shifted to left testical all time I won't get pain only for some time so as per some doctors suggestion I took USG scortum so today I done the test the radiologist is saying there is one bubble in left and two bubbles in right testical those may be by birth...can any doctor see the report and suggest some medicine I can't afford for doctor fees or if any doctor can look for free is much appreciated 🙏

Your ultrasound shows small cysts in epididymis which are most likely congenital. Nothing active needs to be done for that. Do a urine exam. Do u have any burning sensation in urine or fever.
