  4. Pain in testes. Lump vanishes. plz help.

Dr. Sir I m experiencing pain in my right sac of scotrum, this happened when I don't masturbate for say over a weeks period. And I can feel a lump in there. However when I masturbate then its fine and lump vanishes. Plz help .
