Pain in stool passing

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have delivered a baby 2 yrs back. There seems to be little lump between the two joints. I consultant my gyne and she said it may be a pregnancy piles. But it won't harm. From last 3 months I face problem in passing stool. It pains a lot. Pls advise
