Pain in stomach
I feel pain in right side of stomach just below the ribs. sometime feel back pain also because of stomach pain. Should i go for ultrasound to diagnose exact problem.

Hello.. If pain locates below sterum it's gastritis... Your pain is below ribs... It could be just muscle spasm or pain due to underlying structures like gall bladder, liver or diaphragm... Ultrasound helps to find the cause of underlying pain. If ultrasound is normal then it's just muscle pain. Consult general surgeon.
