Prescribed medicines - Palmigas, Duvanta, Gpital and Pan D
Didn't take Pan D in the night because you suggested to take only in the morning

IF PAIN ABDOMEN DON'T TAKE.
SHE CAN TAKE PAN D NOW.OR
TAB MEFTAL PLUS ONE, TOTAL TWO IN ADAY AFTER FOOD.
ASK YOUR DOCTOR THAN WHAT EVER HE SUGGEST DO LIKE THAT.
