  4. Pain in spleen at every breath. And how?

Pain in spleen at every breath
I have been suffering from malaria (P.vivax)for last 8days. Better now as no fever, no chills. No vomiting or nausea. But my enlarged spleen is paining a lot everytime I breath. When will I get relief from that and how? Plz help
