Pain in spine is quite a serious concern. you should avoid heavy loads and forward bending. use flat bed during sleep. avoid cold exposure and take proper rest. if possible take few sessions of Abhyangam-steam or pottali along with Basti karma. better to consult any ayurveda panchakarma specialist. have a good day

Subh Arogya. . . . . . . . . . . According to Ayurveda patient would need to go through proper massage with medicated oil and steam with it I would strongly advice 'Basti' treatment  (medicated enema). But everything mentioned above is to be done under ayurvedic medical supervision. Patient would also need to start some medications like Yograj guggul, Mahavatvidhvansa according to Nadi parikshan. Regards, Dr. Kaustubh Kane

Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
