  4. Pain in side/Mono. Little to the right.

Pain in side/Mono
I have been diagnosed with mono but have had no symptoms for the last two weeks. Recently, I did some sprints and afterwards my lower left abdominals has been a little painful to touch in a certain area. I would say that the pain is right above the left hip bone and a little to the right.
