Pain in rt chest &shoulde

Asked for Male, 42 Years

Pain in chest right side and also at back under shoulder, sometimes shifts to the arm. I m a patient of hitus hernia from last 10 years. My ECO &TMT tests are normal. LDL cholesterol is a bit higher240.

Hi..... Avoid tight-fitting clothing. Clothes that fit tightly around your waist put pressure on your abdomen and the lower esophageal sphincter.... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed. ... Consult Physician for further evaluation....
