Pain in Right side of chest

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Having pinching pain in my right side of chest severe when sneezing/cough. I was suffering from dry cough from 20 Jan now wet cough . Doc had prescribed me - Mox , TOssex DR, & later again Levosiz (21 days) , later due to no improvement, Lupituss & Defcort 6. Now there is wet cough & pain. Please advise. I am 32 ,fem. Wt:64 , 80/120. Is it Lung disease or a muscle issue? I am scared

HELLO, X-RAY CHEST PA VIEW DIGITAL. AS U R SUFFERING FROM A LONG TIME. BLOOD CBC, ESR TAB GUDCEF CV 200 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. TAB MONTUK 10 ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. SYR AMBRODIL PLUS 10 ML THREE TIMES A DAY FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. OK.
