Pain in right scrotum with urge to pee.

Hello Doctors, I am suddenly experiencing little pain and a sensation( been a week)  in right scrotum with  an urge to always urinate even right after urination. The pain / sensation sometimes reaches groin part(top of scrotum ) and to the right side of penis . It stops if implement kegel technique but comes back when i stop the kegel and is occasional. I didn't lift anything heavy, didn't urinate in any public urinal or had intercourse in last 15 days that  could trigger any infection . Urine color is as usual (colourless) and pale yellow in morning . Couldn't feel my lump in scrotum . Medical history-.  I underwent penile circumcision(stapler) back in July and fine in that regards. Please suggest , what possible tests can I undergo to diagnose this. Thanks in Advance.
