Pain in right legs veins only.

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have asked this question many times before.But I never got the right answer for that. Always got this that you take in an online consultant.I just want to know from you doctors that what is disease and why does it happen? Whenever my sperm comes out, the nerves in my right leg feel very painful.Now sometimes it hurts even during the day. I want to be remembered by you doctors. Is there any home remedy for this or will I have to see neurology only?
