Hai, your pain may be due to gall stones or cholecystitis or gall bladder carcinoma or pneumonia. If u have weight loss, loss of appetite , jaundice, your problem may be due to gallbladder cancer, I advise u to consult doctor very soon ,so that he can do further examination and narrow down the diagnosis. And doc orders for USG of abdomen to make diagnosis. Meanwhile, I advise you to strictly avoid fatty and spicy foods, avoid alcohol in coming new year parties . Take care. Regards.
