  3. Pain in perineal area. Be my problem?

Pain in perineal area
I have mild pain and discomfort in perineal  area from past 1 month.. as if something is trying to come out and feeling of something stretching inside.. visited a urologist he suggested to visit a neurologist.. what could be my problem?
