PAIN IN PENISH HEAD
Sir,i am 30 years old & i am unmarried.i feel pain (burning sensation) while touching/rubbing penish head.i am experiencing this for more than 17 years when is was 18.also penish size is small & testicles size are below average . but i never consult with doctor. when i came to Raipur two months ago i consulted with a doctor he replied reducing pain in penish head permanently is time taking . he suggested me a gel but it prevents pain temprory. Sir kindly suggest me what to do.
