Pain in penis when touched

Asked for Male, 22 Years

My penis pains whenever I touch it. it's a pinching pain. It is naturally covered by foreskin, but when the skin is pulled and touched it pains. It is from 3-4 years. Entire glans have the pain.. especially the bottom part.

See may is like mild but cont pain or throbbing pain which is very severe?? See if there is infection then it also happens...see it may be internal or extetnal infection?? Do u have any problem during urination?? Some burning micturation or any?? Number of causes are there....so detailed case history required....
