From 3 days I'm getting pain in penis and buring sensation. I met with accident and got tailbone injured one month Back. Now I'm facing this issue in penis. What's the reason for this ??

It's most likely to be due to urinary tract infection. Are u catheterised? Catheters increase chance of infection. For confirming infection - urine analysis and urine culture sensitivity report are required. Once confirmed a course of antibiotics is required. And urine culture sensitivity will help guide what antibiotic will work.
Next Steps
