Pain in penis balls and penis area
From Last 4 days, i have very much pain in penis balls and penis area it feels like gas or anything else and when i masterbate its get normal after 1-2 hours. Next day again pain start and i will go masterbate its get normal.
Please suggest me what should i do its very much pain sometimes i feel like faint down dye to this pain.
Penis balls get soft and little bit saggy not more very little bit. Sperm come out like watery from yesterday.
