Pain in penis and rashes below
Hi , my son is 9 months old and he is having a pain in his penis whenever we try to open it at the time of bath. Some rashes are below the penis area . it may be due to diapers as we think so, we only tie one diaper only in the night. We apply Himalaya rashes creams too but it can't disappeared . When he born , we came to know at the month 5 that his penis will not open , so we consulted a local doctor at our Hapur city , he make a cut and open the penis and told us to open it 3 or ,4 times a day. we are doing this practise from last 20 days , the penis is open now but the kid is facing pain and sometimes a small blood comes out.
please tell me what will I do now .
