Pain in pains after manstrubation

Asked for Male, 19 Years

For a long time I used to mastrubate in sitting position but now when I manstrubate In standing position then after manstrubation a sudden pain happen in my penis and travel through tail bone then it goes away...... I also have phemosis and I do manstrubate daily.....
