Pain in pains after manstrubation

Asked for Male, 19 Years

For a long time I used to manstrubate in sitting position..... but now when I manstrubate I'm standing position then after manstrubation my penis have sudden pain that travel from shaft to tail bone area.... then it disappear.... also this pain is occasional.
