Pain in my piles
I have a pile problem its itch and pain
sometimes its bleed and it hurt so much what will i do to get rid of this please help me.

hello there.
you should get it checked out by a surgeon.
also follow these simple things
1. drink plenty of water through the day. atleast 4 litres of water.
2. have high fibre diet.
3. don't be sedentary for long. inculcate walking, or some other exercise.
4. have curd everyday.
have a light dinner.
5. when you have pain or something, you can sit in a tub of warm water to which some antiseptic solution is added.
