Pain in muscle of arms
I am 49 yrs male. While walking I have sholdour muscle pain & back side of chest (just below of neck ) pain ....little weekness & uncpmfort breath. I have BP normal. I have taking gas medicine (due to gas) . What to do & what is actual problem ? How to get rid of it ....pain ?

This may be a Spondylosis. Ur gastric problem may worsen ur shoulder pain and back pain. U have to consult and get it treated.

This problem is due to spondylitis and breathing problem is due to the dust allergies.
Next Steps
apply neck belt regularly take Paracetamol tablet 1bd up to five days regularly. I also advise you to take antibiotics allergic medicine a tab ALlEGRa180 one daily in the morning till complete cure and relief.

It's muscular pain due to Vatt in dushti in our body So take vatt shamak medicines in Ayurveda It will be cure  And gas trouble also If you want permanent solution then consult me Consult me
