Pain in muscle
I am suffering from shoulder and upper arm , and hip and front thigs pain , consulted rhumetologist he advised to do ANCA - PR3 test , it came normal , esr crp normal in last 3 month ,
Ra anti CCP ana ena HLAB27 TTG, uric acid . all test are quite normal , no raise in esr crp in last 5 ZZyrs ,these test were done in 2022, as I suddenly feel knee joint and buttock and low back pain
Mri si joint , triple phase bone normal
I want to know in last 5 yrs my esr crp remains normal ,x ray , cpk test , normal
Still auto immune can be possible , Now doctor advised to do whole body pet scan

We need details for your pain. Is this pain more in the mornings or do you have any stiffness in these areas ?
If so immune cause is possible but ifs your pains are more at night, no stiffness lasting for 30 min then it is lee likely. Ad your inflammatury markers - esr & crp are normal and all other antibody, gene test are negative, the chance of autoimmune is less.
