Pain in lowerHead &neck,soretroat & FEVR

M copd patient,I've delivered a baby last month and currently breastfeeding. I was using Inhalers on a regular basis due to which i got fungal infection in my mouth. After consulting a doctor, i stopped inhaler for sometime because of Oral thrut. From last two days I'm taking Selbair i 63. [The problem is that I'm getting fever and pain in lower base of the head,neck pain,minor cough(from 7 days) sore throat(may cause of fungal infection) & from last two days. Suggest What should be done?]
