Pain In Lower Abdomen, Fatigue - Hello My Doctor Has Been Doing

Hello My doctor has been doing a follicular study on me, she advised me a medicine for 5 days and then asked me to continue with Vitamin Tablet. My cycle is irregular, but this time she told me that as the egg is well developed I would get pregnant/my periods would begin within 28 days. It is my 25th day of the cycle today and I have pain in my abdomen from 4 days roughly, it pains even in movements. I had diarrhea a week back! Yesterday the pain increased, i feel the pain now in upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and sometimes on the right side too. I did a HPT this morning and it turned negative. From morning I'm witnessing slight headache, fatigue and mild nausea. Could you please tell me what I should do next?
