Pain in leg vein

Asked for Female, 55 Years

My mother is suffering from diabetes for last 5 years... And thyroid for last 15 years.. She is ha ving severe pain in her one leg mainly in vein.. It is very hard for her to walk due to severe pain... Please advice the cause and to whom should i consult.. We are done with her vitamin B12 test which results as normal (as adviced by a doctor) He gave her a tablet for 20 days... Which is giving no relief to her for last 7 days.... Please advice
