Pain in leg
I am overweight and to reduce the weight I have started regular evening walks.However after some time I am experiencing a sharp pain along my shin bone or calf.The pain gradually subsides as I stop walking and stamd for some time.Again it starts as I continue with my walking.Please tell me if there is anything wrong

This is not abnormal, since you have recently started walking , muscles in our leg are enclosed in tight compartment. As you walk the muscles swell and pain, but this will improve with time . Do proper warm up and stretching both before and after you walk
