Pain in left testicle

Question

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have pain in left testicle which is happening after every 15-20 second. The pain is not very severe. Also when I bend I get same pain. There is no swelling in the testicle but I think the vein just above the left testicle is swollen due to which my left testicle has gone little down compared to right testicle. No problem in right testicle. There no redness or anything like that.
