Pain in left testicle, burning urine. Cramps in legs. Issues with erection. Severe burning in urine and pain in left testicle after masturbation which doesn't happen after sex.

Have a urine examination routine and microscopic done to detect any infection in the urinary tract.left testicular pain may also be related to the infection.c scrotal support  helps in relieving pain.clinical examination by a urologist is desirable.
