Pain in left shoulder
Hi i fell down from my bike two week earlier nd after that i have pain in movement of left shoulder at certain angle or direction. There is no pain or swelling in general.

Better go for sonography of affected shoulder to rule out any muscle injury. Avoid movement that increase ur pain. Also do ice application.

That is due to muscle contusion injury requires 3 weeks to heal,if pain persistent consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated
