I feel pain in my arms massl what can I do to get relief from it...?please say that what can I do to get relief from it.

hello.. it might be due to spasm.. any injury..or also due to cervical problem... you can keep hot bag on your arm for relief or take analgesics for 3 days..consult an orthopaedician if pain persists
