Pain in hand and jawline and sweating
At night while sleeping i had to get up because i had something irritating in my wind pipe that i woke up coughing. It was dry. Had water and i was normal in 15mins. Then in the morning at 7.30 i was having breakfast and all of sudden i felt pain in body that i couldn't pick my sandwich to eat and started sweating, a little of sweating and felt if i will eat i will puke. But somehow in some time i had finished my breakfast . I was feeling very low but still i did my workout after 3hrs. While doing i felt pain in my hands and at the back. Within 20/25mins started feeling sleepy. Having this jaw line pain , hand pain since few weeks . Plz suggest, this is just simple weakness or simple pain or something else. What do i do ?? Please help.
